Wanderhouse creates high-quality immersive previews of homes, venues and places to stay for buying and relocation agents, estate agents, developers, venues, hospitality businesses and private clients.

Information we may collect
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. We do not use advertising trackers on this website. Our enquiry form sends your message to us by email through Cloudflare and does not store form submissions in a website database. If you contact us by form or email, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, type and location of the property or space, project details and any other information you choose to send.
For live projects, we may also receive practical information needed to plan and deliver the service, such as property address, access arrangements, floor area, floorplans, agent or representative details, approved viewer details and any privacy or confidentiality requirements.

Space scans and private previews

The client, agent, venue, owner or representative should make sure that permissions are in place and that unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive items are removed or hidden before scanning.
Where a preview is configured for private use, it is intended only for approved buyers, clients, guests, agents and decision-makers. Access should not be shared publicly unless wider use has been agreed with Wanderhouse. Other previews may be created for wider property marketing, sales or booking use where this forms part of the agreed project scope.
Who we share information with
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website, communicate with clients, host private previews, process payments, manage documents, deliver technical services or meet legal and accounting obligations.
We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and usage. Google may process analytics information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referrer information and interactions with the website.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Workers and Turnstile to process enquiries and reduce automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, Turnstile challenge data and request logs as part of delivering, securing and protecting the website.
Some of these providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where UK data protection rules for international transfers apply, we rely on an applicable adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards used by the relevant provider.
Cookies and analytics
